Bookkeeping Monthly Packages:

– Basic Monthly Package: $1.400/monthly

  • Up to 100 total transactions per month
  • Bank account and credit card reconciliation (up to 3 accounts)*
  • Management of fixed assets
  • Monthly financial statements
  • Balance Sheet
  • Profit & Loss (Month, YTD, and Previous-Year Comparison)
  • Other customized reports
  • Month-end adjusting entries & closing
  • Year end preparation for tax filing (package provided to tax preparer)
    *Client pays any accounting software subscription fees, whether it be monthly or yearly.

Pricing tiers (regardless of frequency):
-1-5 Employees included
-Add employees in blocks of 2 for $40.00 per block
-Includes Entry of Hours Worked
-Direct Deposit and/or Printed Checks
-Payroll Summary Report
-Includes all payroll tax payments and reporting, as well as year-end W2 processing
-We work with QuickBooks payroll and all payroll taxes are collected from your account at the time of processing. We do not accept payroll clients using any other methods.
