Confirmation Statement returns must be filed to the company court at least once a year.
This is a form of declaration that must be completed at least once a year for every company listing change (Headquarters, Change of Director, Change of Owner, Change of Shares, etc.). Whenever there is a change in the composition of the company, this declaration must be submitted to the authority.
You can start submitting your return by filling out the following form:
