With the creation of the Symfalogic \u00dczleti K\u00f6zpont<\/strong>, our three directly adjoining properties in Doncaster now operate together as one integrated business centre.<\/p>\n

The central building is home to our clients\u2019 Registered Office service and the new Symfalogic Corporation office at 1 Stony Close, Doncaster, DN7 5BF, UK<\/strong>. The adjoining properties continue to operate as locations for residential address and mail services, parcel acceptance, storage and collection, meeting and office hire, and short-term accommodation.<\/p>\n

The two outer properties already operated as apartments before becoming part of the Business Center. They therefore came with an established flow of guests, their own websites and several years of booking statistics. We have taken over these services and websites, and they now operate as part of the Symfalogic Business Center.<\/p>\n

Located directly next to our clients\u2019 Registered Office address, in the other half of the semi-detached property.<\/p>\n

Both apartments can be booked online through their websites, Booking.com and Airbnb. Symfalogic clients may also request accommodation directly by e-mail or by opening a support ticket through the client portal.<\/p>\n

The apartments are not only there to accommodate paying guests. We also want Symfalogic VIP clients to benefit directly from this development.<\/p>\n

Our VIP clients are entitled to 3 days \u2014 equivalent to 2 nights \u2014 of complimentary accommodation every year in either apartment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Complimentary stays are subject to advance arrangement and availability. This can be particularly useful for personal administration, business meetings, UK business trips, a short break, or a stopover while travelling towards London or Scotland.<\/p>\n

More Than 2,000 Potential Customers Every Year<\/h2>\n

Analysis of the apartments\u2019 previous booking statistics shows that more than 1,000 guests stay in each apartment every year. With two apartments now operated by the Symfalogic Business Center, this represents more than 2,000 guests annually.<\/p>\n

We decided to create an advertising wall in each apartment where Symfalogic could introduce its services directly to its own guests. When more than 2,000 people pass through the apartments each year, that is more than guest traffic \u2014 it is a genuine business opportunity that should not be left unused.<\/p>\n

Then We Had Another Idea<\/h2>\n

If we can see the value of this marketing channel, why should we keep it entirely to ourselves? Every day we work with businesses that want to attract new enquiries, build new connections and win new customers.<\/p>\n

We therefore decided to open Symfalogic\u2019s own marketing platform to our clients as well.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our business partners can now present their companies on the same platform Symfalogic uses to promote its own services.<\/p>\n

We are creating a Business Partner Directory<\/strong> advertising wall in both apartments. Each wall will occupy a continuous section of the central ground-floor hallway, where every participating business will receive a portrait A4 presentation with its own QR code.<\/p>\n
