SYMGATE Reward & Sanction Policy

(VIP Cooperation Discipline Framework)

This policy defines how free SYMGATE tokens are earned, deducted, and managed within the VIP cooperation system.

The goal of this mechanism is not punishment, but predictable, disciplined, and efficient cooperation.

1. Core Principle

Holding the required SYMGATE tokens grants VIP eligibility.
Maintaining VIP cooperation requires ongoing responsibility.

Think of the system as:

  • Locked tokens → your VIP license

  • Service package → your vehicle

  • Free tokens → your fuel

2. Token Types Affected by Sanctions

Sanctions and rewards never affect locked eligibility tokens.

They apply only to the Free Token Balance, which:

  • Can be earned

  • Can be deducted

  • Can be traded

  • Represents real, transferable value

You can own the license and the car (VIP pass and accounting or other service packages) —but without fuel, progress stops. You can continue to progress by buying gas, (buying additional tokens) or winning through rewards. Therefore, at least 1 token must always be in the operating credit column if you want to access the benefits of the Symfalogic VIP level. (AI community, Business community, Crypto community, Educational materials, VIP services)

When you receive a reward, you can decide what to do with your gift tokens:

– leave them in the operating credit column and collect your tokens
– move them to the trade column, so you can sell and trade the tokens on the open market

🔐 Simplified Reward & Penalty Rules

Rule: compliance earns tokens, violations remove tokens.
Maximum: 100 tokens per month.


1️⃣ Financial Discipline

(all payments and billing obligations)

  • Payment made on time+25 tokens

  • Payment made after due date−25 tokens


2️⃣ Monthly Billing Data Submission

(invoices, receipts, required financial documents)

  • Required invoices / receipts uploaded monthly, complete and on time+15 tokens

  • Missing, late, or incomplete monthly uploads−15 tokens


3️⃣ Communication & Availability

(responsiveness and cooperation)

  • Response within 48 hours+20 tokens

  • No response for 48+ hours−20 tokens


4️⃣ Task & Operational Cooperation

(requested tasks and instructions)

  • Requested tasks completed on time and as instructed+25 tokens

  • Tasks delayed, incomplete, or not following instructions−25 tokens


5️⃣ System Discipline

(overall behavior and rule compliance)

  • Problem-free month (no disputes, no rule violations)+15 tokens

  • Rule violations or system abuse−30 tokens


⭐ New Client Acquisition Contribution

(one-time bonus – outside monthly cap)

  • Active contribution resulting in a new paying client
    (contract signed and first payment completed)
    +250 tokens (one-time bonus)


📊 Monthly Token Cap Check

Maximum positive total per month:

  • +25 (payment)

  • +15 (billing data)

  • +20 (communication)

  • +25 (tasks)

  • +15 (system discipline)

 

➡️ = 1200 tokens / Year (MAX)

Each violation directly cancels out the related reward category.

5. What Happens if Free Tokens Reach Zero?

  • VIP eligibility does not end immediately

  • However, cooperation efficiency cannot be maintained

If the free token balance remains at zero for a prolonged period:

VIP cooperation is temporarily suspended
➡ Client continues under standard service level

No services are removed.
Only the cooperation priority changes.

6. Exit and Recovery

  • At any time, clients may:

  • Rebuild free token balance
  • Purchase additional tokens
  • Restore VIP cooperation

Upon exit:

  • Locked tokens are fully unlocked
  • All tokens remain client property
  • No forced buybacks or confiscations apply

7. Transparency & Fairness

  • All rewards and sanctions follow predefined rules

  • No arbitrary or hidden deductions

  • The system is designed to reward good clients, not trap them

SYMGATE does not punish. It enforces responsibility.

VIP cooperation is not a one-time purchase — it is a living, accountable relationship.
