VIP Cooperation Rules

1. What Is VIP Access?

VIP access is a special cooperation mode within the services of Symfalogic Corporation.

It does not replace standard services and it is not mandatory.
All standard services remain available to every client at all times.

VIP access is an optional, higher-level cooperation framework designed for clients who require deeper involvement, structured access, and long-term alignment.

2. What Does VIP Access Include?

VIP access is far more than faster responses or priority handling.

By obtaining VIP access, you enter a restricted professional ecosystem, not merely an upgraded service queue.

VIP access may include access to the following closed environments and resources:

  • AI Community
    A controlled environment where artificial intelligence tools, workflows, automation concepts, and strategic AI use cases are discussed and shared.

  • Business Community
    A professional network focused on company formation, accounting, compliance, structuring, and long-term business growth.

  • Crypto Community
    Structured discussions and resources related to blockchain technology, token systems, crypto-based business models, and operational frameworks.

  • Educational Materials
    Exclusive educational content, explanations, guides, and strategic documents that are not available within standard service packages.

  • VIP-Only Services and Workflows
    Advanced services, tools, and cooperation models that are available exclusively to VIP participants.

Service priority (faster responses, priority processing, smoother workflows) is only one layer of VIP access, not its core value.

3. Core Concept

Think of VIP access like driving.

3.1 / The License – VIP Eligibility

VIP eligibility functions like a driving license.

  • With a license, you are legally allowed to drive.

  • Without a license, driving is not permitted.

VIP eligibility grants the right to participate in VIP cooperation.

3.2 / The Car – Your Service

The car represents your selected service or accounting package.

  • Smaller packages allow smaller operational scope.

  • Larger packages allow more complex and extensive operations.

Your service package determines what type of work can be performed.

3.3 / The Fuel – Your Operating Balance

Fuel represents your operating balance.

Without fuel, the car does not move —
even if you have a license and a car.

VIP cooperation only functions if an operating balance is available.

4. When Is VIP Access Active?

VIP access is active only when all three conditions are met simultaneously:

  1. valid VIP eligibility (license)

  2. an active service/accounting package (car)

  3. a positive operating balance (fuel)

If any condition is missing, VIP access is automatically suspended.

5. What Happens If the Operating Balance Reaches Zero?

If the operating balance reaches zero:

  • VIP access is suspended

  • standard services continue without interruption

  • no rights or assets are permanently lost

You retain:

  • your VIP eligibility

  • your service package

VIP mode simply becomes unavailable until the balance is restored.

6. Reactivation of VIP Access

VIP access may be reactivated by:

  • restoring the operating balance

  • completing required corrective actions

  • waiting through an applicable cooling-off period

VIP access is a maintained cooperation state, not a permanent entitlement.

7. Fundamental Principle

VIP access is not a one-time purchase.

It is a system that must be continuously maintained through responsible participation.

This framework protects:

  • service quality

  • fairness among participants

  • long-term, sustainable cooperation

8. SYMGATE Tokens and VIP Access

VIP access is available for every service package as an optional extension.

To obtain VIP access, the following are required:

  • payment of the service package fee in FIAT currency, against invoice, to Symfalogic Corporation

  • purchase of the required amount of SYMGATE tokens on a cryptocurrency exchange

Each service package specifies the exact SYMGATE token amount required for VIP eligibility.

Lower-priced services generally require more tokens,
higher-priced services generally require fewer tokens.

This mechanism ensures equal access conditions across all service levels.

9. Activation Process

  1. Purchase the required SYMGATE tokens on a crypto exchange
    (e.g. Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bitstamp, MoonPay, etc.)

  2. Submit proof of purchase to Symfalogic Corporation

  3. VIP eligibility is activated

  4. Purchased tokens are locked in an eligibility container

This lock grants the right to use VIP services.

10. Token Storage Structure

Three internal token storages operate within the system:

  1. Locked Token Storage
    Holds tokens securing VIP eligibility.

  2. Operating Credit Storage
    Used for maintaining VIP cooperation.
    Tokens may be added via purchase or earned through compliant activity.

  3. Trading Token Storage
    Tokens transferred here may be sold, transferred, or traded freely.

11. Rewards and Penalties

VIP operation requires tokens beyond the locked eligibility amount.

  • rule compliance → reward tokens are granted

  • rule violations → operating tokens may be deducted

The operating balance may increase or decrease accordingly.

The purpose of this system is not punishment,
but the preservation of disciplined, fair, and professional cooperation.
