Structural Renewal and the New Symfalogic Ecosystem

As you may have seen in our previous newsletters, the VIP Basic level is no longer simply a service package. It is an operational level.
Accordingly, a structural transformation has also become necessary in the background, so that the legal and operational framework remains organised, scalable and suitable for the long term. For this purpose, we have implemented the following changes.
At present, you are in contact with our English company, Symfalogic Corporation Ltd, company number: 08531523, incorporated in 2013.
Since 2020, our English and American companies have operated under the same name, which was no longer sustainable. The identical company names created several complications, and therefore we are gradually withdrawing the English company from the market and will instead begin strengthening our American company. The first sign of this has already arrived, and we are pleased to announce that, from April 2026, Symfalogic has become a brand name.
From now on, the trademark symbol may rightfully appear next to the company logo.
The American Symfalogic Corporation will become our parent company, and this company will hold all rights and licences that were previously connected to the English Symfalogic Corporation Ltd. From this point forward, we will refer to it as our parent company:

The English Symfalogic Corporation Ltd will gradually be withdrawn from the market, and in its place we are introducing a completely new company that will be able to manage the entire new system properly.
Our new company, Symfalogic Ecosystem Ltd, company number: 17132691, was incorporated on 1 April 2026. The ownership and director positions remain unchanged.
Due to the complexity of our new services, this new company will operate our services in the United Kingdom and the European Union. In the American market, our clients will continue to be served by our American parent company.
To ensure a smooth transition, the two companies will operate in parallel during a transitional period, until our valued clients have fully become accustomed to the change.
Changes to Bank Account Details
The transformation also affects our bank account details.
Under the new structure, we provide payment options through several financial institutions, so that our clients can pay for our services in their own currency in a simple, transparent and convenient way.
Accordingly, our payment system will operate as follows:
- For our clients operating in the United Kingdom, GBP-based bank accounts are available with Lloyds Bank and Monzo Bank.
- For companies operating in the European Union, we provide EUR-based bank accounts, while for Hungarian companies we provide HUF-based bank accounts through Wise Bank.
- For international clients and stock market trading, we use USD bank accounts within the system provided by Wise Bank.
This structure allows each of our clients to make payments in the currency and banking environment most suitable for them, while minimising conversion costs and administration.
The new current bank account details will be published inside the internal client portal in a separate newsletter.
Fair and transparent operation is important to us. For those clients who were negatively affected by the previous bank account change, we will provide a free contract extension as compensation during the current transition.
The purpose of the above changes is to create a more stable, transparent and internationally unified operating system that supports your business with a background worthy of the VIP level.
In our next newsletter, we will explain why such a significant company structure change was necessary. In the next part of our newsletter series, we will also introduce the newly created Symfalogic Ecosystem, through which we will present the further developed version of our VIP system.
