SYMGATE Reward, Responsibility and Sanction Policy
This policy forms part of the cooperation framework of Symfalogic Corporation and the SYMGATE Ecosystem. It applies to both standard Symfalogic clients and active SYMGATE Ecosystem members.
The purpose of this framework is to encourage responsible cooperation, timely payments, professional conduct, long-term participation, knowledge sharing and value creation throughout the Symfalogic Corporation client base and the SYMGATE Ecosystem.
1. Client Categories
The system distinguishes between two separate categories:
- Standard Clients – clients of Symfalogic Corporation who are not active SYMGATE Ecosystem members.
- SYMGATE Ecosystem Members – clients or participants who are active members of one or more internal SYMGATE levels.
Different reward, responsibility and sanction rules apply to each category.
2. Standard Clients
A Standard Client is any client of Symfalogic Corporation who is not an active member of the SYMGATE Ecosystem. Standard Clients are subject to financial late payment rules, while they may also receive reward credits for timely payment.
2.1 Reward for On-Time Payment
A Standard Client may receive 25 SYM Reward Credits for each invoice that is paid in full on or before the payment due date stated on the invoice.
Reward Credits are granted as a goodwill reward and may be claimed, used or converted only according to the conditions determined by Symfalogic Corporation and the SYMGATE Reward Program.
2.2 Late Payment Charges for Standard Clients
If an invoice remains unpaid after the payment due date, Symfalogic Corporation may apply the following administration, service financing and overdue account management charges:

These charges compensate for administration, account handling, service continuity, resource allocation, financing costs and debt management caused by late payment.
Symfalogic Corporation also reserves the right to claim statutory late payment interest, debt recovery costs and any other lawful costs where applicable.
3. SYMGATE Ecosystem Members
A SYMGATE Ecosystem Member is a person, company or organisation that actively participates in one or more internal levels of the SYMGATE Ecosystem.
Ecosystem Members may earn SYM rewards through positive activity and may lose SYM tokens or reward credits in the event of non-compliance, inactivity, late payment or rule violations.
For SYMGATE Ecosystem Members, responsibility is primarily enforced through token-based correction mechanisms, rather than the standard late payment charge structure applicable to Standard Clients.
4. VIP Basic Level
The VIP Basic Level is the first cooperation level within the SYMGATE Ecosystem. It rewards professional discipline, timely communication and responsible client behaviour.

- Meeting deadlines without reminders
- Maintaining a clean bookkeeping period

5. Academy Level
The Academy Level is the first internal level where activity becomes a directly measurable reward opportunity. The system values real progress, live participation, knowledge transfer and useful contribution.

One of the strongest advantages of the Academy Level is that the member does not only receive knowledge, but may also turn knowledge, activity and contribution into rewardable value.

At the Academy Level, the member already enjoys the benefits of multiple layers, while also accepting the corresponding responsibility system. Rewards and responsibility increase proportionally across the levels.
6. Crypto Level
At the Crypto Level, activity, community presence, deeper knowledge and useful contribution remain rewardable. The system recognises participation that creates real value within the digital ecosystem.

7. AI & Automation Level
The AI & Automation Level builds on the previous levels. At this stage, the member may benefit from the Academy, Crypto and AI & Automation levels at the same time.
This means that reward opportunities no longer come from a single source. They become layered. Educational activity, crypto-oriented ecosystem participation and AI-based activity may all contribute to the member’s total reward potential.

8. Business Level
The Business Level does not remove the previous reward opportunities; it builds on them. By the time a member reaches this level, the full ecosystem is active: VIP Basic, Academy, Crypto, AI & Automation and Business.
This creates the strongest combined access structure and the highest long-term incentive for active participation and ecosystem loyalty.

9. General Provisions
Symfalogic Corporation reserves the right to approve, reject, review, adjust or withhold rewards and deductions where necessary.
Rewards are not automatic entitlements. They may be subject to verification, quality control, manual approval and compliance review.
The purpose of the system is not punishment, but the protection of responsible cooperation, professional conduct, trust, service quality and the long-term value of the Symfalogic Corporation and SYMGATE Ecosystem.
Participation in the SYMGATE system is voluntary. By using the system, members accept the provisions of this policy.
SYMGATE does not punish. It promotes accountability, responsibility, trust and long-term cooperation.
