Introducing Our Apartments

With the creation of the Symfalogic Business Center, our three directly adjoining properties in Doncaster now operate together as one integrated business centre.

The central building is home to our clients’ Registered Office service and the new Symfalogic Corporation office at 1 Stony Close, Doncaster, DN7 5BF, UK. The adjoining properties continue to operate as locations for residential address and mail services, parcel acceptance, storage and collection, meeting and office hire, and short-term accommodation.

The two outer properties already operated as apartments before becoming part of the Business Center. They therefore came with an established flow of guests, their own websites and several years of booking statistics. We have taken over these services and websites, and they now operate as part of the Symfalogic Business Center.

Both apartments can be booked online through their websites, Booking.com and Airbnb. Symfalogic clients may also request accommodation directly by e-mail or by opening a support ticket through the client portal.

An Exclusive VIP Benefit

Complimentary stays are subject to advance arrangement and availability. This can be particularly useful for personal administration, business meetings, UK business trips, a short break, or a stopover while travelling towards London or Scotland.

More Than 2,000 Potential Customers Every Year

Analysis of the apartments’ previous booking statistics shows that more than 1,000 guests stay in each apartment every year. With two apartments now operated by the Symfalogic Business Center, this represents more than 2,000 guests annually.

Guests arrive not only from the local region but from all across England, including London, Brighton, Plymouth, Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester and the Middlesbrough area.

We decided to create an advertising wall in each apartment where Symfalogic could introduce its services directly to its own guests. When more than 2,000 people pass through the apartments each year, that is more than guest traffic — it is a genuine business opportunity that should not be left unused.

Then We Had Another Idea

If we can see the value of this marketing channel, why should we keep it entirely to ourselves? Every day we work with businesses that want to attract new enquiries, build new connections and win new customers.

We therefore decided to open Symfalogic’s own marketing platform to our clients as well.

Our business partners can now present their companies on the same platform Symfalogic uses to promote its own services.

UK Business Partner Directory

We are creating a Business Partner Directory advertising wall in both apartments. Each wall will occupy a continuous section of the central ground-floor hallway, where every participating business will receive a portrait A4 presentation with its own QR code.

The QR code can take guests directly to your website, a special offer or your contact page. Visibility is not limited to the physical walls. Your business may also be featured:

• on the Ramskir Apartment advertising wall;
• on the Stony Apartment advertising wall;
• on the apartments’ websites;
• on the apartments’ Facebook pages;
• and in the apartments’ guest information materials.

How the existing wall will be transformed.

Not Seconds — Hours or Even Days of Visibility

Most advertising has only a few seconds to capture attention. We drive past a billboard. We scroll past a Facebook advert. A Google advert disappears as soon as the page is closed.

Our guests stay for at least one night, while many remain for two, three or even more nights. During that time, they walk through the same hallway repeatedly — when leaving in the morning, when returning later and throughout the rest of their stay.

Every time, they encounter the same businesses again. Repeated exposure builds familiarity and trust. A company name seen only once can quickly be forgotten; a business encountered several times is far more likely to remain in someone’s memory.

This is not a few-second advertising experience. It gives guests time to discover your company, read your introduction, scan your QR code or simply remember your name.

Guests may also welcome family members, friends or business partners to the accommodation, and those visitors will walk through the same hallway. This does not yet include the people using our office and meeting facilities.

They may not need your service today — but your company may remind them of someone who does.

And just like that, a recommendation has been created.

Existing Symfalogic Clients Receive First Access

We are offering the first Business Partner Directory positions to existing Symfalogic clients. If spaces remain afterwards, the opportunity will be advertised to businesses throughout the United Kingdom.

For this reason, businesses wishing to take advantage of the opportunity are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible.

Advertising space is limited, and applications are accepted in the order they are received.

The guests staying in our two apartments are a valuable audience. Visitors arriving at the central Symfalogic Business Center office, however, represent a different type of audience. They generally do not arrive as tourists, but as entrepreneurs, company founders, business owners, business partners and decision-makers.

This is why we are also creating a separate, higher-level business visibility platform in the central office. The Premium Business Directory is not simply another advertising wall. It is the Symfalogic Business Center’s premium business presentation system, encountered by visitors as they enter the central building.

This is a form of personal client introduction that an ordinary Registered Office provider cannot offer on its own.
