Why We Decided to Reward Reliability
Over the past few weeks, we have gradually introduced the core elements of the Symfalogic Ecosystem.
We presented the VIP Basic Level.
We introduced the Education Level.

Today, we arrive at one of the most important components of the entire ecosystem:
The Reward and Compensation System
Every business has operating costs.
When an invoice is not paid on time, the services behind that invoice must still be maintained. Administrative processes continue, systems remain operational, and support services must be provided regardless of whether a payment has been received.
For this reason, Symfalogic Corporation has applied compensation fees for overdue invoices for many years in order to cover the additional costs associated with delayed payments.
Current Compensation Fees
- More than 30 days overdue: £40
- More than 60 days overdue: £100
- More than 90 days overdue: £200
- More than 180 days overdue: £350
These fees have remained unchanged for years.
This approach is not unique. Businesses around the world apply similar policies to manage the costs created by late payments.
However, over the years we began asking ourselves an important question.
Why Do We Only Address Delays?
Why should we focus solely on late payments while the clients who consistently meet their obligations on time receive no special recognition?

As the first step of this initiative, starting from 1 June 2026, every invoice paid on time will earn 25 SYM Reward Credits, including for clients who have not yet joined the Symfalogic Ecosystem.
This is not a discount.

This is not a temporary promotion.
This is a genuine reward.
A recognition of reliability and responsibility.
A confirmation certificate will be issued for every Reward Credit allocation.
Reward Credits are granted by Symfalogic Corporation as a goodwill reward for responsible business behavior.
